Keep the guide useful

Corrections and updates

Restaurants move and opening hours change. We show when a guide was updated and when its sources were last checked.

Last updated

One correction, everywhere

We keep shared facts, such as an address, in one record. When we correct it, every guide using that record gets the same update.

What we record

  • Substantive factual corrections and dates.
  • The source used for the updated claim.
  • Stale or uncertain status when a fact cannot yet be confirmed.
  • Rank changes when new evidence materially affects the editorial order.

What a useful correction includes

  • The page and exact claim that may be wrong.
  • The corrected information and an official or otherwise reliable source.
  • The date the new information was checked.
  • Your relationship to the business or place, if any.

Public correction channel

Email marketing@daenetic.com with the guide URL, the exact claim or image, the correction requested and a supporting source. Include your relationship to the business or work so we can assess the request in context.
